Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Chicken Quarters

1 clove Garlic
2 1tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Thyme, Fresh
1 dash Salt, Table
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
1 serving Chicken Leg Quarters Poultry

Recipe Directions for Roasted Chicken Quarters

  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. Dice garlic and thyme.

  3. Mix together olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper in small dish.

  4. Massage dressing into chicken quarters.

  5. Cook dressed chicken in foil lined shallow dish for 40 minutes. For crispy chicken, broil for last 5 minutes.
