Recipe Ingredients for Roasted chicken noodle soup

1 cup onions, chopped
1 cup carrots, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
5 cloves garlic
1/2 tbsp grapeseed oil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
6 cups low sodium vegetable broth
18 oz sweet potato
6 1/2 oz potato
2 cups roasted chicken
3 oz healthy harvest extra wide noodle

Recipe Directions for Roasted chicken noodle soup

  1. Brown onions, carrots, celery and garlic in oil in skillet.

  2. Stir in herbs and pour into slow cooker.

  3. Add vegetable broth, diced potato.

  4. Cook on low for 5 - 6 hours until potatoes are soft.

  5. Add chicken and noodles. Cook until noodles are tender.
