Recipe Ingredients for Roasted cherry tomatoes and capers

250 g cherry tomatoes
1 tspn olive oil ( spray oil)
1 tbsp capers
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 black pepper

Recipe Directions for Roasted cherry tomatoes and capers

Spray oven dish with olive oil, coat tomatoes with oil in dish. Roast in moderately hot oven until tomatoes are just soft. Remove from oven, pierce tomatoes mix in capers and mustard. Serve warm or cold
