300 grams Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin

Recipe Directions for Roasted Cauliflower and Zucchini

  1. Cut the cauliflower in like size pieces.

  2. Slice the zucchini.

  3. Sprinkle Cajun Seasoning on vegetables.

  4. Place in 425F oven for ca 20 min or until cauliflower is soft
