Delicicous baked cauliflower with a little spice.

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Cauliflower

1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower
2 1tsp Olive Oil
1 serving Cayenne Pepper
5 clove Garlic
4 dash Salt, Table
2.5 tsp Curry Powder

Recipe Directions for Roasted Cauliflower

Put olive oil on a pan. Cut cauliflower head into pieces and place on pan. Top cauliflower with a mixture made from the other ingredients then bake in the oven at 400degrees for about 20 minutes or till goldenish. Let cool for a minute or so and then enjoy as a tastey snack or a side dish at dinner.
