Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Cauliflower

1 head cauliflower
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Roasted Cauliflower

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line 11x17 pan with foil. Spray with non-stick spray. Break apart cauliflower into florets. Place in a single layer in pan.

  2. Sprinkle lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper over all florets.

  3. Bake for 25 minutes.
