1/2 head cauliflower
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Roasted Cauliflower

Cut up cauliflower into small heads. Place on baking sheet, sprinkle with olive oil and finely minced garlic. Bake for about 25 minutes at 375 or until very lightly browned.
