I never liked cauliflower much, until I had it roasted like this for the first time. Roasting brings out the flavor, and it tastes amazing.

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted cauliflower

1 head cauliflower
2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
3 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Roasted cauliflower

  1. Preheat the over to 400F.

  2. Slice the cauliflower into approximate 1/2" or smaller pieces.

  3. In a bowl, toss the cauliflower with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  4. Spread the cauliflower in an even layer on a baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until tender.
