Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Cauliflower

2 heads cauliflower
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Roasted Cauliflower

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees

  2. Chop the head of cauliflower into edible pieces and place in one layer on a baking pan

  3. Sprinkle olive oil over the cauliflower and toss in the other spices except the cheese

  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until desired tenderness is achieved

  5. Take out of the oven and toss with parmesan cheese, serve immediately
