Recipe Ingredients for Roasted cauliflower with kalamata olives (Gourmet)

20 oz cauliflower
1/4 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic
5/8 tsp salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup olives
1/2 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Roasted cauliflower with kalamata olives (Gourmet)

  1. slice cauliflower perpendicular to the center

  2. preheat oven to 450F

  3. put half of olive oil on cauliflower, pepper and salt

  4. put in oven for 20 minutes

  5. dice olives, mix with remaining olive oil, salt and lemon juice, pour over roasted cauliflower
