Roasted Cauliflower with Roasted Garlic

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Cauliflower with Roasted Garlic

1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
8 cloves, raw Garlic
1 serving (Diamond Crystal) Salt Sense
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 tsp Rosemary, Dried

Recipe Directions for Roasted Cauliflower with Roasted Garlic

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

  2. 2. Mix oil, rosemary, salt, pepper and garlic together.

  3. 3. Toss in cauliflower and place in a large casserole dish in one layer.

  4. 4. Roast in for 20 minutes. Toss well and bake for 10 more minutes. Serves 6.
