1 T. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced

Recipe Directions for ROASTED CAULIFLOWER WITH GARLIC

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.

  2. Toss cauliflower with oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Spread evenly in shallow baking pan and roast, stirring occasionally, until golden, 25 to 30 minutes.
