Roasted Cauliflower w/Browned Butter

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Cauliflower w/Browned Butter

600 grams cauliflower florets
1 cooking spray
1 salt
1 pepper
2 tsp butter

Recipe Directions for Roasted Cauliflower w/Browned Butter

Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Arrange cauliflower florets in a single layer on the sheet. Coat the cauliflower with cooking spray. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Roast at 400 degrees for 25 minutes, turning/stirring twice. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and cook for 2-3 minutes until it turns brown. Combine cauliflower and butter in a serving bowl.
