Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Cauliflower & 16 Roasted Cloves of Garlic

1 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower
8 serving Garlic Cloves
2 tsp Rosemary, Dried
1 serving Iodized Salt
1 dash Pepper, Black
2 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Roasted Cauliflower & 16 Roasted Cloves of Garlic

Mix oil, rosemary, salt, pepper, and garlic (peeled & lightly crushed) together. Toss in Cauliflower (cut into bite size pieces) and place in large casserole dish in one layer. Roast in preheated oven at 450 degrees for 20 min, give a toss and bake for 10 more minutes.
