Pan Roast Carrots in Olive Oil, Rosemary, and Mint. All seasons are to personal taste preference.

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Carrots- Rosemary, Mint

1.5 medium carrot Organics Carrots
0.17 oz Mint
1 tsp Rosemary Leaf
1 serving Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Roasted Carrots- Rosemary, Mint

  1. Preheat over 400 degrees.

  2. Peel carrots and cut into thick chunks (they will shrink in the oven).

  3. In a bowl mix olive oil, rosemary, mint, salt, and pepper. Whisk together.

  4. Toss chopped carrots in olive oil mixture.

  5. Place on a baking sheet in a single layer. Drizzle carrots with remaining olive oil mixture.

  6. Roast about 20 minutes or until desired softness.

  7. Serve warm. Drizzle with oil mixture (if any) remaining on the baking sheet.
