Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Carrots

3 1/2 cups chopped carrots
1 teaspoon butter
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for Roasted Carrots

Heat oven to 450. Mix carrots and butter in a 9x13 pan. Single layer. Bake 20-25 minute Stir 1/2 way. When soft, toss in the parsley, salt and pepper.
