2 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
0.5 tblsp Olive Oil Canola Extra Virgin Olive
0.5 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Roasted Carrots & Potatoes

Cut potatoes into small cubes and add into a bowl with the carrots and olive oil. Coat vegetables and add salt. Toss together and place on a cookie sheet and bake at 450 for about 20 minutes or until begetables are tender.
