Recipe Ingredients for Roasted butternut squash

2 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
1 oz Margarine, Regular, Unspecified Oils
30 grams Sugar Dark Brown
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Roasted butternut squash

In large bowl combine cubed squash, butter, sugar and spices. Toss to coat. Bake on a cookie sheet at 400 for 35-40 minutes (or until done).
