Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Butternut Soup

32 oz butternut squash
1 onion, large
3 cloves of garlic
4 cups Organic Chicken stock, low sodium
1 cup of 1% milk
1 tblsp of fresh lemon juice
1 tblsp of Madras Curry Powder

Recipe Directions for Roasted Butternut Soup

  1. Roast butternut squash in oven.

  2. Combine with other ingredients and cook until all ingredients soft.

  3. Puree and serve.
