Tastes effing amazing - even someone who doesn't like brussels sprouts will like these (at least enough to finish a serving)

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted brussels sprouts

1 1/2 c brussels sprouts
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Roasted brussels sprouts

  1. Wash and cut the ends off each sprout.

  2. Cut each sprout in half length-wise.

  3. Put 3 tbsp olive oil in bottom of roasting pan or glass pan.

  4. Arrange brussels sprouts in a single layer, cut side-up, on the bottom of pan.

  5. Drizzle remaining oil over sprouts.

  6. Sprinkle salt and pepper over sprouts.

  7. Roast at 375 degrees for 30-40 mins.
