Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Brussels Sprouts

1 1/2 lbs Brussels sprouts, fresh
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tbsp. honey

Recipe Directions for Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

  2. Trim ends off Brussels sprouts. Cut in half lengthwise.

  3. Toss with olive oil and kosher salt.

  4. Lay Brussels sprouts cut side down on a heavy baking sheet.

  5. Roast 15-20 minutes, until golden and browned on the bottom.

  6. Toss with honey.

  7. Serve immediately.
