Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Brussels Sprouts

1 lb brussels sprouts
1 T olive oil
1/2 t sea salt
1/4 t salt
1/8 t black pepper, fresh ground

Recipe Directions for Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  1. trim sprouts. toss with oil, salt and pepper. spread out sprouts on baking sheet.

  2. roast in 350' oven for 30-40 minutes until tender and golden. rotate at least once, and spray with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
