No salt added, roasted Brussels Sprouts.

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Brussels Sprouts

1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts
2 tbs olive oil
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  1. Trim yellow leaves and cut stem off Sprouts. Slice sprouts in half lengthwise.

  2. Put in large bowl with oil and spices. I often add a no salt spice blend. If not watching sodium, a tsp of Kosher Salt really wakes these up. Toss until well coated.

  3. Spread on a cooking sheet lined with foil. Roast at 400deg for 30-35 minutes turning occasionally. Done when outer leaves are blackening.
