Brussels sprouts roasted with olive oil and seasonings.

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Brussels Sprouts

2 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Pepper, Black
0.25 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne

Recipe Directions for Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  1. Wash brussels sprouts

  2. Remove outer leaves and cut into halves or quarters

  3. In a bag, combine olive oil, garlic, pepper, salt, cayenne (or whatever seasoning you want)

  4. Add sprouts to bag and shake until evenly coated

  5. Spread on a baking sheet and cook at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until nice and browned.
