Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Brussell Sprouts & Onions

1/2 pound brussel sprouts
1 medium onion
2 tbls olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Roasted Brussell Sprouts & Onions

  1. Preheat oven to 400

  2. Trim hard end from brussel sprouts; remove yellow leaves

  3. slice onion in to wedges, pull apart

  4. Toss above with olive oil.

  5. Season with salt and pepper

  6. Put into ovenproof pan

  7. Roast for 35 to 40 minutes
