Brussel sprouts roasted in olive oil

Recipe Ingredients for roasted brussel sprouts

2 cups brussel sprouts
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp mustard powder

Recipe Directions for roasted brussel sprouts

  1. trim off the stems off the sprouts

  2. quarter them

  3. toss with olive oil and spices

  4. cover with tin foil

  5. roast at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until tender
