My favorite way to make brussel sprouts.

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Brussel Sprouts

8 brussel sprouts
1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Recipe Directions for Roasted Brussel Sprouts

  1. Preheat oven to 400F

  2. Cut brussel sprouts in half and remove loose leafs and stems

  3. In a small bowl mix brussel sprouts, 1 tsp olive oil, garlic salt

  4. Brush tinfoil or baking tray with 1/2 tsp olive oil

  5. Lay brussel sprouts on oiled surface, round side down

  6. Bake 20 minutes

  7. Turn over

  8. Bake 5-10 minutes more
