Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Brussel Sprouts

2 lb Brussels sprouts
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tsp garlic, minced (optional)

Recipe Directions for Roasted Brussel Sprouts

  1. Preheat oven to 410 degrees.

  2. Any brussel sprouts approaching ping pong ball size should be cut in half to reduce cooking time.

  3. Place brussel sprouts on a baking tray.

  4. Put all ingredients into a ziploc bag, seal and shake to coat.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes.

  6. Stir or flip.

  7. Bake for another 10-15 minutes until desired doneness.
