Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Mushrooms

32 oz Brussels Sprouts
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
226 7/10 grams Mushrooms Shiitake
226 7/10 grams Baby Bella Mushrooms Packaged
1 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried
2 tbsp Butter
2.19 oz Wine
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
5 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Mushrooms

Coat brussel sprouts with canola oil and minced garlic. Roast in a single layer, stirring occasionally until done- about 20-30 min. Slice mushrooms and saute unitl brown, about 7 minutes stirring occassionally. Add the tyme, salt and wine. Reduce wine by half until it begins to coat the mushrooms. Add .25 cup of water and simmer until reduced in half. Add in the Brussel sprouts and combine. Serve warm
