Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Ham and Garlic

1 1/2 pounds of brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
1 1/2 ounces country ham, finely chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
4 garlic cloves,
1 cooking spray
1 tablespoon cheese, Romano, grated

Recipe Directions for Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Ham and Garlic

  1. Combine sprouts and next five ingredients in a 3 quart baking dish, coate dlightly with cooking spray, tossing to coat.

  2. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until tender and lightly browned, stirring twice during cooking.

  3. Remove and toss with cheese.

  4. Serve immediately.
