Brocolli roasted with garlic and crushed red pepper.

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Brocolli

2 1/2 tbs olive oil
14 1/2 oz Broccoli
1 1/2 clove Garlic
1 serving Crushed Red Pepper

Recipe Directions for Roasted Brocolli

Toss broccoli with 1.5 tbs and roast at 450* for 15 min. Mix remaining oil with garlic and crushed pepper. Drizzle over brocolli, toss and cook for another 5-8 min.
