Recipe Ingredients for Roasted broccoli

12 oz Broccoli Florets
3 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Salt Balance Salt Blend

Recipe Directions for Roasted broccoli

Preheat oven to 425. Put broccoli on cookie sheet. Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Add 4 garlic cloves (I just sprinkled some garlic powder). Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until crisp tender and tips of some of the florets are browned. When you take it out of the oven, sprinkle with lemon juice and grated Parmesan cheese.
