Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Broccoli

3 lbs. broccoli, cut into small pieces
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 T. olive oil
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Roasted Broccoli

  1. Preheat oven to 425.

  2. Put all ingredients onto a baking sheet or roasting pan, and stir to mix.

  3. Roast in oven until broccoli is browned, stirring occasionally.
