Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Broccoli

2 pounds broccoli
3 T olive oil
3/4 t salt
1/4 t ground pepper

Recipe Directions for Roasted Broccoli

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 F.

  2. In a bowl mix all ingredients together, coating vegetables with olive oil.

  3. Place on large baking dish and bake for 5 minutes or until broccoli is brown.
