Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Broccoli Hummus

1/2 cup, chopped Broccoli, Cooked
2 clove Garlic
3 dash Salt, Table
0.75 lemon yields Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Tahini
15 oz Garbanzo Beans
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Spices Crushed Red Peppers

Recipe Directions for Roasted Broccoli Hummus

Mix broccoli, chili, garlic, olive oil, and salt. Roast in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. In a food processor or blender, mix the cooked broccoli with the lemon juice, some lemon zest, Tahini, and salt to taste.
