Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Broccoli and Grape Tomatoes

1 c Broccoli, raw
1 pint grape tomatoes, vine ripe
4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp garlic, minced

Recipe Directions for Roasted Broccoli and Grape Tomatoes

  1. preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. cut broccoli into florets if whole stalks and place in bowl with entire pint of tomatoes and garlic. Add salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Using hands, mix together so oil coats the vegetables.

  3. Lay out on sheet pan and bake for approximately 15-18 minutes, until tomato have burst and broccoli is browning.

  4. Remove from oven and scoop from pan into a bowl.
