Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Beet, Onion & Orange Salad

16 oz Beets
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup Onions
2 medium orange Oranges/Navel Oranges
1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
4 fl oz Tangy Original Style
1/4 cup Shelled Hazelnuts
1 oz Pecorino Romano

Recipe Directions for Roasted Beet, Onion & Orange Salad

  1. Cut tops and Tails off of beets. Do not peel. Line baking sheet w/ foil. Place the beets is pan and toss w/ olive oil salt and pepper. Roast in a 400 degree oven for 25 mins. Trim onios and toss in oil salt and pepper and add to pann. Cook for additional 15 mins..

  2. Peel and section oranges. In a bowl combine Hazelnut oil, coriander & orange juice, Wisk until combined. Peel & quater beets. Top beet with orange slices and scater oinions around the beets. Drizzle the dressing, toasted Hazelnuts, coriander and grated chees over salad
