The Balsamic gives the squash a lovely rich flavour.

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Balsamic and Sage Squash

800 g squash 11485
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
62 g 84870
10 g (leaves) sage
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Roasted Balsamic and Sage Squash

  1. Skin and cut squash into 1" cubes.

  2. Steam squash 5 minutes, then drain, reserving 3/4 cup of water.

  3. Place squash and reserved water in baking dish.

  4. Pour vinegar and oil over.

  5. Sprinkle with grated cheese and coarsely chopped sage.

  6. Bake 30 minutes at 400F.
