Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Balsamic Carrots

16 oz carrots
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 salt
1 pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for Roasted Balsamic Carrots

Cut 1 pound of peeled carrots into 1/2-inch wedges. Spread the carrots over half of a large sheet of aluminum foil, and sprinkle them with cup balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary, 2 cloves minced garlic, teaspoon paprika, salt, and pepper. Drizzle the carrots with 1 tablespoon olive oil and fold the foil over to create a tightly sealed packet. Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 25 minutes or until the carrots are tender.
