Standard roasted potatoes, can use any type but is especially festive when you mix white, yellow, red and/or purple potatoes.

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Baby Potatoes

16 oz Potatoes
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 serving Liquid Aminos
1 tbsp Garlic Powder

Recipe Directions for Roasted Baby Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 425F and thoroughly wash potatoes. Cut into small, uniform size pieces and toss with olive oil, Bragg's (or other soy sauce) and garlic powder. You can also add other seasons to taste, such as rosemary or cayenne pepper.

  2. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast until tender, about 20-40 minutes, depending on the size of the pieces. Turn once or twice during roasting to ensure equal browning.
