Recipe Ingredients for Roasted baby potatoes

1 1/2 pounds Baby potatoes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. Margarine
2 tbsp. fresh parsley
1 tbsp. paprika

Recipe Directions for Roasted baby potatoes

  1. Wash potatoes (do not peel)

  2. sprinkle with olive oil and coat each potatoe evenly

  3. sprinkle with salt and pepper

  4. evenly place 2 tbsp. margarine over potatoes

  5. with small pats

  6. roast in oven or toaster oven at 350 degrees for

  7. 30 minutes or until tender

  8. garnish with parsley or your favorite herb
