Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Asparagus and Red Pepper

4 asparagus spears, fresh, small , ends trimmed, cut into 3-inch lengths
1/2 medium red bell peppers , cut into 1/2 " wide strips
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Roasted Asparagus and Red Pepper

  1. cut up veggies

  2. put in plastic bag with oil and vinegar

  3. toss

  4. Roast in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes
