Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Asparagus

681 grams Asparagus
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Roasted Asparagus

  1. Preheat an oven to 400.

  2. Prep the asparagus by breaking each stem where it naturally breaks when slightly bent. Discard the hard end, keeping the tops.

  3. Place the asparagus in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper; toss to coat.

  4. Roast in oven until just tender, 10 to 12 minutes.
