1 lb asparagus
1 tbs olive oil
1 tbsp parmesan, shredded
2 clove garlic

Recipe Directions for Roasted asparagus

  1. Clean and trim asparagus, place on foil on cookie sheet, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle on cheese and garlic.

  2. Roast at 400 for 12-15 mins.
