Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Asparagus

10 oz asparagus (ends trimmed)
1 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Roasted Asparagus

  1. Toss spears with olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste, if desired.

  2. Roast in a 400 degree oven for approximately 15 minutes, turning at least once.
