Recipe Ingredients for Roasted asparagus

16 ounces asparagus
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp kosher salt
1 pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Roasted asparagus

  1. Drizzle olive oil and vinegar over asparagus. Salt and pepper to taste (can also add another herb like basil or oregano)

  2. Roast in preheated, 425 degree oven until ends just start to brown. Serve hot.
