Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Asparagus

1 pound asparagus, washed and trimmed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 Salt
1 Pepper

Recipe Directions for Roasted Asparagus

  1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees F.

  2. In a roasting pan, toss the asparagus with the olive oil and vinegar until coated. Spread asparagus out in a single layer, if possible. Roast asparagus for 10 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
