Asparagus and mushrooms with rosemary

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted asparagus & mushrooms

16 oz Asparagus
8 oz Mushrooms
2 tbsp Rosemary, Fresh
2 tbsp Oil Olive Extra Virgin

Recipe Directions for Roasted asparagus & mushrooms

  1. Preheat oven to 450.

  2. Spray a cookie sheet with vegetable spray.

  3. Place asparagus and mushrooms in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with rosemary. Lay the asparagus and mushrooms in prepared pan in an even layer.

  4. Roast in preheated oven until asparagus is tender, about 15 minutes.
