Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Asparagus and Mushrooms

1 lb asparagus
8 oz mushrooms
1 tbs olive oil
2 tbs parmesan

Recipe Directions for Roasted Asparagus and Mushrooms

  1. Preheat oven to 400.

  2. Wash and trim off ends of asparagus, slice mushrooms if desired.

  3. Drizzle the vegetables with oil and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until vegetables are tender. Remove, sprinkle with cheese and return to the oven for 1 minute. Serve with a squeeze of lemon, if desired.
