1 serving Olivari Mediterranean Olive Oil
3 Teaspoon Juice
0.5 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Roasted Asparagus with Lemon

Preheat oven to 400. Trim fresh asparagus by snapping off woody ends. Rinse and pat dry. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. Place on cookie sheet with sides in a single layer and season with salt. Slice 2 lemons thinly and place on top of asparagus. Roast in oven for 15 min.
